Celebrate Bengali Language and Culture at Saraswati Pujo!

“Amar Bhasha, Amar Utshob” is a workshop to celebrate Bengali language and the spirit of Saraswati Pujo. We’ll be teaching kids about the history of Ekushe February (International Mother Language Day) and the Bengali Language Movement.

The workshop will include a “Hather Lekha” activity where the kids will learn to write their name and favorite Bangla words in Bangla.

We’ll be hosting our second “Amar Bhasha, Amar Utshob” workshop at Maitree Association of America’s Saraswati Puja on February 16th, 2025 at Tagore Hall, 269 Cedar Grove Ln, Somerset, NJ 08873
